Due to the backwardness of the local power infrastructure, our engineers encountered many difficulties during the project design, and also took into account the many uncertainties at the site.  During the civil and cable works at the site, our engineers were responsible for the scheduling and overall technical support, which ensured the smooth progress of the project.
