We're excited to share details about our latest project, a 560KW distributed photovoltaic power system. This installation features two types of monocrystalline silicon modules: 600W and 420W.

To meet the owner's requirement for maximum rooftop coverage, we initially planned to use 600W modules exclusively. However, safety concerns arose as some modules would extend beyond the roof. Our solution was strategically arranging the 600W modules first and then filling the remaining space with 420W modules.

The construction involved mounting steel frames on the original concrete roof, achieving a height of 2.6 meters. The photovoltaic modules were then laid along the corrugated steel roof.

This project serves a specialized high-tech enterprise in the electro-aluminum industry, with a standard factory area of 28,000 m². By installing this photovoltaic system, the owner will not only save on electricity costs but also mitigate the impact of power restrictions on production.
